Week full of chicken!

Few days ago, I bought some chicken fillet and made this chicken salad for my lunch. Ok,  it should use some lettuce but I spent it all on my dinner, so I just have cucumber and tomatoes.

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt
Pepper (Black pepper is better)
Oregano
1 Cucumber, slice
1 Tomateo, slice
2 tsp Olive Oil

How to cook:
  1. Mix the chicken fillet with salt, pepper and lemon juice. 
  2. Heat the olive oil on the pan, grilled the chicken fillet until cooked. Add a little oregano.
  3. Lift and place on plate, add cucumber, tomates, and lemon.
